Officer Troy Rawlins was hired by the Vancouver Police Department on November 21, 2001. Officer Rawlins served our community as a Patrol Officer, Firearms Instructor, and dedicated member of the Honor Guard.
Officer Rawlins also served his country for over 34 years in the US Army and US Air Force. Officer Rawlins is survived by his mother Marie, wife Lisa, his children Christopher, Danielle, and Matthew. Officer Rawlins also has three grandchildren: James, Brynlee, and Lucas Troy.
Troy was a dedicated member of our law enforcement community who served with courage, honor, and distinction. He leaves an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside him. Troy will be missed but not forgotten.
